Proiectul Juventus Toflea a inceput in anul 2007 la initiativa presedintelui fondator Mitica Stoica cu gandul de a sprijinii si de a educa tinerii romi prin sport si educaie din comuna Toflea, Judetul Galati.

In prezent sunt doua echipe inscrise la Asociatia Judeteana de Fotbal Galati urmand ca anul acesta sa se infiinteze si a treia echipa de seniori.

CLUB SPORTIV JUVENTUS TOFLEA 2007
BAZA POLISPORTIVA CENTRU SOCIAL VIITORUL

CS JUVENTUS TOFLEA 2007, este o structura sportiva cu personalitate juridica infiintata in baza legii Educatiei Fizice si Sportului nr. 69/2000 si OG 26/2000.
Clubul sportiv are ca obiect principal de activitate dezvoltarea armonioasa fizica si morala a tinerilor, sporirea capacitatilor fizice si intelectuale ale persoanelor de toate varstele si raspandirea practicarii disciplinelor sportive: fotbal, tenis de camp, atletism, etc.
In vederea realizarii scopului propus Clubul Sportiv doreste infiintarea unei baze sportive moderne, iar in acest sens propune urmatoarele:

1. Teren de fotbal

Dimensiunile terenului de fotbal sunt cele regulamentare respectiv 100.00 x 50.00m.
Stadionul va fi dotat cu pista de atletism cu 4 benzi.
Capacitatea totala de spectatori va fi de 3.000 de locuri, organizate pe tribune si peluze.
Se va organiza tribuna oficiala pentru o capacitate de circa 500 de locuri.
Tribuna va fi acoperita si va fi dotata cu grupuri sanitare. In vederea practicarii fotbalului sip e timpul serii, stadionul va fi dotat cu instalatie de nocturna (inclusive grup electrogen).
Atat surafata terenului cat sic ea a pistei de atletism vor fi acoperite cu suprafete sintetice, asigurandu-se un drenaj corespunzator in cazul unor evenimente meteorologice, (ploaie).
Stadionul va fi dotat cu camera pentru vestiare (prevazute cu dusuri si grupuri sanitare).
De asemenea se vor prevedea camere speciale pentru masaj si pentru doctor si magazie pentru echipamente.
Vor fi prevazute grupuri sanitare pentru spectatori.

2. Teren multifunctional

Se vor amenaja 2 terenuri de sport multifunctionale, pe care urmeaza a se practica sporturi precum:
• Minifotbal
• Handball
• Tenis de camp
• Baschet
Terenurile vor avea dimensiunea de 20.00 x 40.00 m fiecare si suprafata va fi acoperita cu materiale sintetice.
Terenurile vor fi imprejmuite cu gard de sarma zincata cu inaltimea de 3.50m.
In vederea desfasurarii de activitati pet imp de noapte se prevede instalatie de nocturna.

3. Sala de sport polivalenta

Pentru perioadele anotimpurilor reci se va construe o sala de sport polivalenta are va cuprinde:
• O suprafata de sport( gimnastica, tenis, handbal, baschet, minifotbal,etc.) cu dimensiunile de 40.00 x 20.00m (800mp)
• Vestiare pe sexe dotate cu grupuri sanitare, dusuri
• Cabinet medical
• Magazii de accesorii si material
Sala polivalenta se va executa pe structura metalica, cu suprafete mari vitrate pentru a asigura lumina naturala ape o perioada cat mai indelungata.
Se va prevedea un sistem eficient de ventilatie si se va asigura o temperature optima pentru desfasurarea activitatilor sportive.
Tribunele salii de sport vor avea o capacitate de 1000 de locuri repartizate de o parte si de cealalta a suprafetei de joc.

4. Piscina

Pentru practicarea inotului, se prevede un bazin de inot descoperit, a carui suprafata este de circa 300 mp. cu dimensiunile de 12.00 x 25.00 m si a carui adancime variaza de la 0.50 m la 1.50 m.
Bazinul va fi prevazut cu instalatie de curatire a apei inprin recirculare si instalaie de clorinare.
Bazinul nu va fi dotat cu instalatie de incalzire a apei si nici nocturna.

5. Sala de inot

In vederea practicarii inotului pe perioadele reci ( toamna, iarna, primavera), complexul va fi dotat o sala de inot.
Sala de inot va fi dotata cu urmatoarele:
• Bazin inot cu suprafata de 300 mp cu dimensiunile de 25.00 x 12.00 m si cu o adancime ce variaza de la 0.50 m la 1.50 m.
• Vestiare pe sexe dotate cu grupuri sanitare, dusuri
• Cabinet medical
• Birou monitori inot (antrenori)
• Magazii material
Sala va fi dotata cu instalatie de incalzire a apei precum si instalatie de dezinfectie a apei(clorinare).
In vederea asigurarii unui climat corespunzator atat pe timpul rece cat si cel calduros, se va prevede o instalatie de climatizare.

6. Corp complex

In incinta bazei sportive se va amenaja un Corp complex, construit pe sistemul Parter + 2 etaje( P+ 2E), care va avea urmatoarele functiuni:
La parter:
• Birouri conducere club( presedinte, vice presedinte, secretar general, contabilitate)
• Sali de clasa pentru pregatire tehnica de calcul
• Bar cu gustari calde preparate local
• Cantina pentru circa 200 locuri
• Receptia
• Grupuri sociala
• Sala de conferinte cu o capacitate de 500 de locuri
• Birouri pentru antrenori
La etaj I:
• 3 apartamente rezidentiale ce vor functiona in regim de circuit inchis
La etaj II:
• Dormitoare de 2 si 4 paturi pentru copii cantonati si pentru sportivi
Dormitoarele vor fi dotate cu grup sanitar individual (pentru fiecare dormitor).
Corpul complex se va executa pe strucura de caramida portanta, invelitoarea va fi de tip sarpanta.

7. Cantina

Pentru cica 200 de locuri, constructie parter cu bucatarii dotate conform legislatiei.

8. Circulatii si spatii verzi

Juventus Toflea project began in 2007 on his founder president’s ( Mitica Stoica) initiative as an idea to sustain and provide education for the young rroms (gypsies) through sports and schooling in Toflea commune, Galati county.
Now there are two teams belonging to the districtual Football Association of Galati, the next step being to establish a third one, the senior team.

The Multi- sporting Centre, The Social Centre – The Future
Sport Club Juventus Toflea 2007 is a sport structure functioning as a company, constituted according to the sport and physical education law, no 69/ 2000 and GO 26/ 2000.
Our club has as a main objective a great physical and moral development of the youngsters, the increase of the physical and intellectual capacity of people, no matter the age, the spread of practising sports such as: football, tennis, athletics, etc.
To achieve this goal, the club desires the establishment of a modern sport base and for this we suggest the following:
A football pitch
The dimensions of the football pitch are those established by regulations, respectively 100.00 x 50.00m.
The stadium will be equipped with a four line running track. The total capacity of the spectators will make 3000 seats, organized into stands.
The official stand will have a capacity of 500 seats. The stands will be covered and provided with toilets. The stadium will have a night outfit (including a generator) .Both the land area and the running track will be covered with synthetic material , ensuring a land drainage scheme in case of bad weather ( rain, for example). The stadium will own locker rooms with shower rooms and toilets.
There will be also special rooms for massage, a doctor and a warehouse for the equipment.
There will be toilets for spectators.
The Multifunctional Area
2 multifunctional sport fields will be available for sports as: indoor football , handball, tennis, basketball.
The fields will be of 20.00 x 40.00 m each and covered with synthetic materials. They will be surrounded by a 3.500 meter zinc wired fence . There will be a night outfit so that night activities may take place.
A Sports Centre
In cold seasons, a sports centre will be available and it will consist of:
- locker rooms with toilets and shower rooms
- a specialized clinic
- warehouses for accessories and materials
The sports centre will be built on a metallic structure, large windowed so that natural light be available as long as possible.. A system of ventilation will be provided to keep a favourable temperature.
The stands will cover 1000 seats distributed on both sides of the game field.
The Swimming Pool
To practise swimming, there will be an uncovered pool whose area will be oo 300 square meters ( 12.00 x 25.00m) and whose depth will vary from 0.50 to 1.50 m.
The pool will have neither a heating system nor a night outfit.
The Swimming Centre
To practise swimming in cold seasons, the complex will own a swimming centre consisting of:
-a 300 square meter swimming pool (25.00 x 12.00m) with a depth of 0.50-1.50m;
- locker rooms with toilets and shower
- a clinic
-a trainer’s office
-warehouses
The room will be equipped with a heating water system as well as with a water disinfection system 9 by chlorination).
The Complex’s Body
Inside the Sports Centre there will be the complex’s body, built on the scheme:
Ground floor + 2 floors which will function as shown below:
On the ground floor:
-managers’ offices ( president, vice-president’ secretary general, accountant)
-classrooms for technical training
-a bar with local snacks
-reception
-social groups
- a 500 seat conference room
-trainers’ office
On the first floor:
-3 residential flats functioning in a closed system
On the second floor:
-2 and 4 bed rooms for children in training and sports men
The rooms will have individual bathrooms.
The Complex’s Body will be built on a structure of brick.
The Canteen
- 200 seats, built on the ground floor with kitchens equipped according to legislation
The Green Area
Inside the Complex there will be green areas with a decorative and protective purpose , provided with playgrounds for children and teenagers.
There will be access lanes, auto lanes, parking lots and alleys.
A 4,00 hectar ( 40000 square meters) will be the necessary to achieve this. As a best choice the land will be positioned SW-NE.

Utilities (how to ensure their solutions considered)
The electrical energy for the Sports base will be ensured by the National Electrical System through a transformation post.
To avoid eventual power fails, a back-up generator will ensure vital system running.
Heat energy will be ensured by a local power-station running on solid fuels.
Running water and extunguishers will be ensured by an well, and a pumping station.
Waste water will be evacuated by a purrification system.
In running and sustaining sport activities the club has it self-mantaining ways like:
1. Incomes from acces tickets
2. Contracts of streamming live matches.
3. Sponsorship contracts
4. Club merchandising.
5. Athlete transfers by other sports groups.
Not all these categories are accesible to the Juventus 2007 Toflea club, but togheter with the great majority and other activities, like renting the arena, become ways good enough to ensure a future for this sports club.
This base project wishes to be a starting point for any community of rromani, which ensured necesary conditions for a harmonios grough of young ones.
